They have recently branched out into digital publishing various literary classics. As the copyrights have lapsed, the investment is only into the conversion of the text into digital form and, as a rule, the books are either free or very competitively priced. She loves the Russian novelists. And she ADORES Chekov. So she made me read this. I hated it from the outset. No single character made me sympathize. But my wife said, "Keep reading." I did.
